-CULTIVATE. a skill, a friendship, a garden. we have amazing powers to create, and to care. -try to replace worry with love. worrying over someone is not the same as loving them. -listen more. to people, music, vibrations. -cook more slow foods. -try new things. -stretch. -make plans. but never be too rigid. always leave room for spontaneity. -love myself/my body. -take plenty of photos!
